Mount Vernon Mills, Inc. expanded its chemical portfolio (previously acquired Amitech and Philchem) by forming Mount Vernon Chemicals, LLC after its acquisition of CPC Chemical Holdings, LLC (included Apollo Chemical, Chemical Technologies, and FCI Technology) on September 14, 2007. Mount Vernon Chemicals continues the history of its parent company by not only surviving, but thriving in the midst of ever-changing market conditions.
